Bringing Back the Legacy of Latinic Societas Unitas
We are thrilled to announce that Latinic Societas Unitas (LSU) is making a strong return to campus! Although the pandemic caused our organization to take a pause, we are coming back stronger than ever with the support of our dedicated alumni. Our mission is to continue the legacy of amazing values, providing a multicultural sisterhood, and equipping women with the leadership tools they need to thrive.
Alumni of Latinic Societas Unitas have come together to represent a Latin sisterhood through unity. Through unity, we will address the needs and concerns that surround Latin American women, emphasizing a multicultural sorority. We will support one another in our endeavors and pose as role models and future leaders for our community.
Purpose
In forming our organization, we encourage and stress unity through sisterhood. We emphasize the importance of education and acknowledge its distinct necessity. We stress and practice the need for diversity. By realizing our potential, we will provide moral and academic support to meet the needs of our women. We aim to engage in our community through service and develop into strong leaders.
